A copy of the Project Plan Application for Suncrest Towne Centere (the "TIF" District) is available in the Monongalia County Commission office and can be viewed between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until Noon and from 1:00 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. A copy is also available in the Morgantown Public Library, the Cheat Lake Library, and the Clay Battelle Library. Copies may be purchased through the County Clerk's office, 1st floor of the Courthouse at a cost of $1.50 for the first two pages and $1 for every additional page. A complete copy will cost $74.50.
